I have always known my life was meant to move with its own purpose. Even in solitude, I was never truly alone—there was always a greater presence, a quiet guidance carrying me forward, reminding me of the truth within. My soul became my haven, with meaning, with remembrance, and with the unfolding of all that I am. Soul carries the vibration of a graceful step forward—a movement that reflects both growth and becoming. It is the quiet strength that inspires, the light that illuminates, and the beauty of being one with the Mind, Body, and Soul.

“My Soul Became My Haven”

Grounded in Roots

Born in Jamaica and raised in the States, Soul has always felt a deep pull to stay connected to her roots—the land, her ancestors, and the healing traditions passed down through her family. She comes from a lineage of medicine women, including her great-grandmothers, who carried both the knowledge of plant-based remedies and the spiritual gifts to support and uplift others. In a time when doctors were limited and spiritual awareness was a powerful source of strength, they carried the role of healers and wisdom keepers, serving their communities through ceremony and insight. The light of their strength and their care for both physical well-being and spiritual wholeness remain a guiding force in Soul’s life.

Awakening Into Purpose

In 2013, Soul experienced her first encounter with sacred medicine, which opened the door to a profound spiritual awakening. During this time, she went through what many call an ego death — an inner unraveling that made her question her reality and the life she once knew. This period of deep reflection and solitude guided her toward metaphysical study, where books on spirituality and consciousness became a source of enlightenment and clarity. It was within this unfolding that she received her spiritual name, Soul — a name that came through the voice of Divine guidance and was later echoed in the lyrics of Bob Marley’s “Soul Rebel,” igniting within her an even deeper sense of purpose and connection.

In the years that followed, this awakening grew into a lifelong commitment to growth, self-inquiry, and the study of energy. Soul became a certified Reiki practitioner, explored chakra healing and energy work, and began supporting others on their own healing journeys. As her practice deepened, her intuitive gifts—claircognizance and clairaudience—blossomed, each bringing a unique layer to her work. Claircognizance offers an inner knowing that allows her to fully receive and understand her clients’ needs, guiding how best to support their healing. Clairaudience attunes her to subtle vibrations and frequencies, guiding her to recognize what needs to be acknowledged and released. Together, these gifts create a deeper dimension of coaching and healing, offering clients a space where they feel seen, supported, and transformed.

Sacred Medicine Calling

In 2017, Soul traveled to the Amazon Rainforest of Peru, where she entered a sacred plant dieta and participated in ceremonies led by a Cundero (shaman). This journey served as a powerful reconnection to her higher self. During this time, she was introduced to the spirit of Kambo. Upon returning to the U.S., she received her first Kambo ceremony — a full-circle moment that deepened her understanding of the medicine and affirmed her path. She spent the following years in continued ceremony, allowing Kambo to support her in further personal healing. It was during this time that she felt the call to serve others through this sacred medicine — with devotion, presence, and integrity. In 2021, she fully committed to this path, answering her devotion to the medicine by becoming a certified IAKP practitioner.

Where Spirit Meets Practice

Now an IAKP-certified Advanced Practitioner, Soul facilitates Kambo ceremonies with a grounded presence and deep energetic sensitivity. Her practice blends spiritual insight, chakra healing, and intuitive energy work into a space where transformation feels both safe and deeply personal. Gifted in channeling subtle energies and working with the subconscious mind, she helps clients gently access and release what no longer serves them. With a natural attunement to sound frequencies and the gift of clairaudience, she creates an experience that nourishes the body, uplifts the spirit, and awakens new layers of self-awareness. Guided by the flow of Shakti (Kundalini) energy, Soul holds space for healing that invites clarity, beauty, and a renewed sense of alignment.

The Heart of Kambo Haven

Kambo Haven was created by Soul as a sacred space that carries the spirit of the Amazon into an intimate and safe setting, deeply connected to the heart. Here, the energies of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine come into balance, blending the gentle flow of nurturing care with the steady strength of transformation. Every element is designed to support clients in attuning to the subtle yet powerful frequencies of renewal, growth, and self-discovery. More than a place of ceremony, Kambo Haven reflects where the medicine began—with tribe—reminding us that coming together to heal is an essential part of the journey. In this space, each person’s commitment to their own inner work is honored, and each act of healing oneself becomes a quiet contribution to the greater healing of humanity.

“There’s a quiet knowing when the spirit is ready—an invitation to meet yourself with courage, grace, and openness to the medicine’s wisdom.” – Soul
